Hello, I'm Tamika! I was a government employee (i.e., Deputy Chief of Staff) that worked collaboratively in Policy, Procurement, Contract Management, Risk Management, and Finance departments, to name a few recommending government contract awards to companies bidding on government opportunities - Request for Proposals (RFPs)! A lightbulb went off, and I realized small businesses were not being awarded many contracts. So, I started T.D. Consulting Group, Inc. to be a direct resource to small businesses in efforts to help them find, compete, and win government contracts!

Everything I’ve experienced about government contracting, I’ve achieved – worked in it – taught it and I’ve managed it in over two (2) decades of service as a government seller and a government buyer. My company, T.D. Consulting Group, Inc. is here to help small businesses find, compete, and win government contracts! I’ve implemented golden ticket strategies that have reshaped how small businesses sell their products and services to government agencies that win repeat multi-year government contracts!
