Meet Tamika L. Dew

Tamika L. Dew is the founder and driving force behind TD Consulting Group, Inc. — a SBA-certified WOSB and WBE (WBENC) federal contracting firm and government contracting coaching organization she built from the ground up in 2007.

With more than two decades of experience spanning global proposal management, public sector marketing communications, political campaign strategy, contract law, and government procurement, Tamika brings a perspective that virtually no other government contracting professional can match: she has deep insight from the buyer side and has been a seller.

As a former government procurement committee representative, Tamika participated in the evaluation process, worked alongside government buyers, and helped recommend vendors for contract awards — giving her direct insight into what separates the companies that win from the ones that don’t. That insight became the foundation of every coaching strategy and every client engagement at TD Consulting Group.

Today, Tamika leads a firm that serves federal agencies, corporations, and small businesses with equal commitment. Under her leadership, TD Consulting Group has earned a 20-year GSA Multiple Award Schedule, active prime contract with HUD OIG, and a client record spanning CVS Health/Aetna, Cook County Government, Posen-Robbins School District 143.5, Neil Armstrong Elementary, and international corporations across multiple countries.
